1. Data Privacy Statement
Nadia Licci Total Balance's stated goal is to offer you services that you can use largely anonymously. I only request your personal data where absolutely necessary for using my services, and I leave it up to you to decide how the personal data you enter is used and who can view it. I guarantee the confidential handling of all personal data entrusted to me and assure you that I collect this data with the utmost care, treat it with strict confidentiality, and use it only for its intended purpose. In doing so, I adhere to the relevant legal requirements and the following principles. By entering your personal data via Nadia Licci Total Balance's services, you expressly agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with these principles.
2. Collection and storage of data
2.1 Data entry
All data entrusted to me will be stored in a database of Nadia Licci Total Balance, treated with strict confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
2.2 Storage of access data

Nadia Licci Total Balance uses cookies on its website to simplify the use of its services and to gather information for improving its offerings. 2.3 Storage of personal data
Personal data is stored in a form that permits identification of the data subjects only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Upon deletion of the user account, all personal data is deleted from my system.
In exceptional cases, only short-term storage of the data is necessary (up to a maximum of 14 days).
It is possible at any time to request the deletion of all personal data stored by Nadia Licci Total Balance in accordance with Article 5.
3. Data security
Nadia Licci Total Balance employs state-of-the-art technical and organizational security measures to protect the managed data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access. These security measures are continuously improved in line with technological advancements. However, Nadia Licci Total Balance assumes no liability for data loss or unauthorized access and use.
4. Modification or deletion of personal data
Data deletion can be requested by sending an email to hello@nadialicci.ch.
5. Right to information
Every user of a service provided by Nadia Licci Total Balance has the right to request information about whether and what personal data about them is stored by Nadia Licci Total Balance. Such requests should be sent by email to hello@nadialicci.ch. Other questions regarding this Privacy Policy should also be directed to hello@nadialicci.ch. I will endeavor to answer all requests as quickly as possible.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Nadia Licci Total Balance reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published via the Nadia Licci Total Balance services and will take effect 30 days after publication.

7. Purpose of processing
The collection and processing of your personal data primarily serves the purpose of communicating with you. This also includes marketing and relationship management. For this purpose, I primarily use communication data and master data. I may also collect and process personal data to fulfill and execute the treatment contract. Based on your use of my website, I process your data for the purposes I explain below.
8. Provision of the website and creation of log files
When you visit my website, general technical information about your visit is automatically collected in so-called log files. This includes, for example, the IP address of the device used to access the site. The collection and processing of these log files is carried out for the purpose of enabling the use of my website, ensuring and improving the security and stability of my systems, optimizing my online services, and for internal statistical purposes.

I use external service providers for various administrative tasks. These external service providers may have access to your personal data as part of their work, but they are contractually obligated to treat your personal data confidentially at all times. My website was created using a cloud-based web development platform called Wix. This company works with trusted partners and service providers worldwide. 11.1. How is Wix data protected?
Your data may be stored via the data storage, databases, and general applications of my hosting provider (Wix). They store the data on secure servers behind a firewall and offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of their services.

When communicating via unencrypted email, there is a risk of data being lost, intercepted, or manipulated. The confidentiality of data transmitted via unencrypted email cannot be guaranteed.
